WORST SERVICE EVER

I ordered 1 telefunken tablet 16th of June. The following day I received an email that my order has been dispatched. It is now 20 July and I have not received my order. After numerous attempts to find out what happened I was told I had to wait 10 working days for delivery. I have sent many emails, messages and phone calls and I am told they are very busy, I have to wait.
