Worst service ever

I bought a defy twin tub washing machine at game jeffreys bay on Wednesday 27 April 2022. Aftr waiting almost an hour for a price beat with people's bad attitudes finally got the machine..and the cashier never gave change.. . Got home the spine of the NEW MACHINE... Does not seem to work... So I phoned the nxt day Aftr 7 calls I finally got to speak to someone who said I can bring it in within 2 day.... What happened to 7 working days or have I got it twisted.... Now they asked my to bring in the slip then wait for a credit from defy... Never shall I set foot in that place again. I left my no numerous time for a manager to contact me... No luck
