WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

Bought a washing machine the 1st of September. Game promises delivery 3-5 working days…. Today the 14th of September I have still not received my washing machine…. The response from Game since last week Friday 8 September… “we apologise for any inconvenience”….phoned every single day since Monday 11 September… with either “we will get back to you”, or “we will follow up with the courier company”…The courier company unfortunately will only deliver between 12:00 and 18:00 during the day…. and the offices where I work, close at 16:00 in the afternoon…

Game has been paid R6500 the 1st of September… and I should be absolutely happy with “we are very sorry for the inconvenience”. If you would like to speak to a manager… they are in a meeting every single time you will phone, so good luck.

Spoke to a Game client that also ordered a washing machine… she waited 3 months without any delivery… she had to go to a Game store to demand her washing machine she paid for…. WHY?????!!!!!

If you would like to buy something from Game… think twice before you pay anything or support them….
