WORST SERVICE EVER!! BEYOND PATHETIC

I purchased a bag which i was overcharged for. I then had to wait for a manager to refund the balance paid, after waiting for what seemed like forever, the manager pitches up and did not even have the common decency to say good morning. Then hands me a slip and says, 'here, take this to customer service and walks away'. I get to customer service stood in another queue and was then handed a voucher of which i had to go back to a till point and stand in yet another queue. There are lots of till points of which only 2 was operational, no cashiers in sight other than the 2 with a queue a mile long. this is really pathetic, i have never come across such bad service before. Wasted an hour just to get a refund, how pathetic!! Game Sandton really offers poor poor service and something needs to be done about it. It is really ridiculous!!
