Worst Service Ever at Game Wonderpark

Good day

I am typing this email as a formal complaint about the service I received at Game Wonderpark, Tshwane, on 24/11/2017 to date.

We bought a PS4 on 24/11/2017 Black Friday Special at the store. When we bought it, the store was out of stock and they advised that they will get stock later during the day and we should come and collect the console that same day.

We have been calling them every single day since then and to date we have not received our console and no one seems to really care. They took our digts and advised that they will call once the console arrives later that day, but no one even bothers to call to advise that there is a delay or something. They are just quiet as if everything is normal and they do not have paying clients which are waiting for the product which they have paid for. It does not make sense for us to pay for an item and still not have it in possession 2 weeks later. Truly unprofessional and poor!

Please kindly take the relevant steps to have this resolved as I believe this is not proper customer service. We bought the console to help us pass time and entertain ourselves during the December holidays but at this rate, it seems like December will pass before we receive the item we paid for.
