Worst service ever at Game Cradlestone Mall

Good morning,

Yesterday I visited Game Cradlestone Mall, never in my life did I think that I can get such bad service.

First I was at the games department, I took Fifa 20 and X-box one remote skins, no prices on these items, I stood around for 15 minutes with absolutely no assistance being offered to me.

One guy was helping another customer while two of the other guys stood around talking with each other, offering no assistance.

I then went to the Bicycle department looking to buy 4 bicycles, a lady from another department was very helpful, then the guy working in this department took over, the bicycles I wanted to buy was not in stock. So I said I will buy the demo's. The sales representative didn't want to sell me a demo, he says that he personally doesn't do it.

I asked him to call the manager, waited 15 minutes for him to come back to me, when he came back they took of one of the bicycles to check it and then ripped out the valve. When I said they must test another one, he responded he can't as there is something wrong with the bicycle but he doesn't know what it is.

After an hour in the shop I went out with nothing that I actually went for.

This is not the first time, a year ago my father had the same terrible service at Cradlestone Game, sent in a complaint, the store manager phoned him and said sorry. That's it.

Nothing changed.

A week ago I also went to Game in Potchefstroom, there I got excellent assistance, but they have absolutely no stock of anything.

I think I am done trying to support Game stores and will therefore take my business elsewhere.
