Worst service ever after buying a Defy stove at Game

I bought a Defy stove about two months ago at game in Brooklyn mall, Pretoria. I used it only for around five times and then fire started to come out and it was tripping the main switch. When i went back to game they refused to give me a refund because i could not understand how something that was still new was already giving me problems. they refused to give me a refund and told me that a refund is only available on unused items which does not make any sense whatsoever!! They then told me they will be in contact with Defy to bring a technician to come look at the stove, then we can have a way forward. This was about two weeks ago, and i am still waiting for the technician to come today. Each day when i call them to follow up they tell me they cant help me because the technician has not come to look at the stove. This is absolutely unacceptable!!!!! I doubt i will ever buy anything at Game ever again!!
