Worst Service Ever!!!!!!!!!

On the Nov 25, 2020 12:28 AM I bought 4 items online, and they delivered 3 from the 4 items. The 3rd item which is my son's bicycle for his birthday was not delivered till date. I phone them this morning and got the shock of my life that it is out of stock??????? I don't understand, they keep quite, keep my money and I am supposed to understand that? Worst service ever, totally not acceptable at your customer service :(
