Worst service ever

On the 3rd January I made. Purchase online at game earli morning and was promised I can collect the same day from 2 30 , I arrived at the store at 3 and no order was ready no QR code sent , after hours of trying to communicate with the online chat with no joy I requested to cancel my order , today is the 4 the and still no joy no word of my order Nd no word of refund I then called in and the call centre customer service said that my request was never attended to and she will do it today instill have to QR code no order no refund and no communication, this was my 1 St attempt to buy from game online and I will never put myself thro such frustration intentionally Nd I urge you not to buy from this place rather pay abit extra and Ave your sanity
