Worst service ever!

Worst service ever! Went into the store to convert my Dion Wired card to Game mystore card on Sunday, was told to wait 48 hours to activate. On Wednesday I call to activate the card, get told it wasn't done, they'll do it for me but have to wait another 48 hours. Friday call trying to activate my card, get told conversion was never done! I have to go in to the useless branch and restart the whole process. Nope! Bye-bye Game, keep your ****! I will rather pay double for anything than shop with you again.
