Worst service ever

On the 21st of May I went to Game liquor in Johannesburg Marshall town to buy 12 years old Glenlevert Whiskey, I was assisted by a very nice young black lady who told me the the price for that whiskey was not loaded on the system, she then called her supervisor, whilst I was waiting for the supervisor I told the lady that I am going to the shop since he was not coming after waiting for plus minus 5 minutes, I went to the store and came back after 6 or 7 minutes, when I got back the supervisor was still not at the bottle store. The young lady called him again and still he did not show up, when he came he did not even greet me and just took the bottle,scanned it and left, he did not even tell me where he was going, it was the cashier who told he was going to check the price, I waited for more than 15 minutes and he came back, he just said to me that he could not find the price, so i asked him what about the time that I waited standing there waiting for him and he just angrily rep**** by stating that there was nothing he could do as there was no price, I asked him why did he display the bottle on the stand shelves whilst they don't know the price, he just said there was nothing he could do, I opted to buy founders which is of less quality than the 12 year old, that supervisor did not care and was not even apologetic about the fact that I waited for ****** ****en 30 minutes for nothing and he did not even apologise, now I am even thinking of canceling my credit card with Game as they are useless. He is got a stinking attitude and they are going to lose clients if that man is kept at the store as a supervisor, he should be at the back packing the boxes because he knows nothing about customer service and customer relations, he must be enrolled for a course in customer service, what is he teaching his subordinates, jeeer yeses
