worst service ever

Poor service sold me a hauwei y5 in 2021 and now google stopped working and they don't tell a person that google will no longer be working on this phone and when i phone them to report and the problem to see how they can assist me , they laugh at a person and say they can't do anything - spoke to zandile in the cellphone department and they are not helpfull at all ---- the sales manager thokozani --- they are useless and according to them it is not their problem
