Worst service ever!!!!

We bought a fridge online on 27 March 2022. Delivery was quick, but the fridge had dents and scratch on delivery. I contacted customer care who promised to exchange the dented item with a new one within 7 days. We finally sent email to request them to keep their promise or refund us. To date (9 April 2022) we've had no joy, that after several calls to try and find out the progress of our query. All that we are told is that the matter has been escalated to KIC. WE WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY FROM GAME!
