Worst Service Ever.....

I went to Game Stores in Hazyview on the 07/07/2021 to buy my son a Mongoose bicycle that caused me R1700. Within 5 days the bicycle was falling apart, from the brakes, chains etc. I went back to the shop to return the bicycle and I told them that I wanted a refund cos I saw a better bike at Makro, the guy that was assisting me was very friendly and persuasive and he finally convinced me to take another bike because the bike was one of the best bikes they ever sold and I should reconsider of which I did after a very long debate. 15 days later I went back to game which was today, this time my son was hurt by the same best bike, he had a huge cut under his feet and was bleeding, I had to rush him to hospital. Apparently the chain and the rim broke and he fell so hard. I went to game today to complain and I was met by this other guy, he didn't want to hear my story at all. He just told me that they only cover the frame of the bike not things that can be replaced. I asked him what did he mean by that since the could not be broken easily. I mean my son is only 7 years old, what can a 7 years old bot ever do that was so negligent. I am very disappointed Game Hazyview, I just took my receipt and left them with the bike. Please work on your customer service especially when it comes to black people asseblief tog. They didn't even bother to call the manager, like he even cares cos the last time I went there he didn't even bother to show up even if I asked for him.
