Worst Service Ever

I am at Game Mall of Africa and somehow have to get help from Customer Services. The lady by the name of Sibongile does her best to help only to be let down by the Customer Service that she has to call on ***. We have been waiting for someone to answer and have been listening to music for 55 minutes (at 18:45) and holding on. This is the worst service ever.
