Worst service ever

Bought item online on the 23rd of November, paid and submitted all that was requested. However 8 days later still no delivery, I have called the customer service several times to no avail, and finally when I do get through all they telling me is that my order has been dispatched, it has been 4 days now since it has been dispatched however I have not received anything, I'm frustrated really
