WORST SERVICE EVER

Game Mitchell's Plain Cape Town Good Day Quinton I'm Selome Meyers I was in your store at 14:45pm wanting to purchase an Aerobic Stepper. When I asked the gentlemen working in the department, he mentioned to me and straight up pointed it's supposed to be standing on the floor. Then he mentioned Mam we haven't had any steppers in months, and we don't have any in stock.. Then I mentioned can you find a stepper for me at another store, after some time he said his still looking. The gentlemen told me mam we don't have a stock the manager was called to assist and the sales consultant that assisted me went home.. I'm disgusted..... Is this how the people of Mitchell's Plain are being treated yet we have how many malls in Mitchell's plain. When we get rude and take our stand then we out of control or demanding... We have money the People of Mitchell's plain yes, we have crime, but we keep your doors open we feed you it's because of us that your store is open without clients you might Aswell close your doors. I want someone to call me and explain.... Mr Manager you found out later your store had stock 8 units you asked me the client if the system reflected any stock online.... How dare you... We are good for our money but we not worth the service at all.

When I requested, I want the stepper in the Box I was told it doesn't work like that.... Who are we the People of Mitchell's plain? That our own people don't want to serve us to the best of their ability... No effort at all.... I'm not going to explain in detail as to what went down in that Store, but YOUR SERVICE IS DIGUSTING YOUR STAFF MEMBER HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE.... As a manager you didn't do your best.. how do you train your people that they leave you to clean up their mess...? That the salesperson doesn't even know his own stock... Mr Manager I'm a woman and I run a logistics department woman alone and I know my stock.... And I value my internal client's and external clients treating them with so much respect always going out of my way... I'm a woman I don't run away to get home I serve with pride and dignity I don't get paid for over time at all, but I serve ..... " WOMAN" I kept my cool yesterday because I wanted to see and feel , when you purchase an item in Mitchell's plain Promenade and the above-mentioned service, I received ...... So, the BIG Question is HOW are you going to help me .... This patient client How are you going to remedy your *********** staff.
