Worst Service ever

I ordered an airfryer from Game stores online on the 30th of June I haven’t received my airfryer to date instead I’m told stories being sent from one pillar to post. How can Game be so unreliable it’s 4 weeks later and I haven’t received my airfryer. Bad customer service as every time I call them they tell me that it has been escalated but can escalation really take 4 weeks ? I am soo drained I never ever ordering from Game again
