worst service ever!!!!!

Bought a vacuum 1900w @ R999 less than 6 months ago. Have been to Game twice with the same complaint that the vacuum only works for a short period of time and then cutts out because the motor gets warm, really? They questioned me, if it is really cutting out? We use it for 1 room and does not even finish before cutting out. They did a test in store, by only switching it on, not vacuuming and said they think the information I am giving them is incorrect. I spoke to 3 repair shops whom all laughed about this, it is not suppose to cut out.<br> So basically they accused me of lying, said that the vacuum will cut out no matter of its age and that I do not use appliances correctly. Last time ever I will purchase anything there.
