Worst service ever

Worst service ever, no sense of urgently and they don't deliver on their promise. I placed an order for delivery online and was told that delivery can be expected by 02/12/2025 but to my surprise I didn't get the delivery and the was no communication i have been calling to follow up but they keep saying they will get back to be but they never do. I have even asked to collect at a store near me since they fail to deliver but they are saying that can't happen, I spoke to a gentleman at The Glen mall store Bongani where i want to go collect who has been very helpful, but Rosebank mall is not available to assist with the request. I have never received such bad service I'm really disappointed
