Worst service ever

<p>About 2 weeks ago I wrote a review about the unacceptable service I received from Game in Worcester. AfterI wrote the review and mailed the manager (Trevor) at Game, they finally got back to me they day after I wrote the review, promising me again someone will contact me. A week after that, I had to phone again, no one contacted me. Then Eugene phoned me last week to arrange a time for someone to collect the machine on Monday. Well, here we are. It is Tuesday and I still have my broken machine after 2 years!!! </p>
