worst service ever

<p>Game Mall of Africa the worst store and service ever, we get there Friday at 15:16 to take out a contract.</p> <p>There is only one person behind the counter that can do contracts. The poor guy has been working alone and was excused.</p> <p>When I called the manager to ask what was going on he had a very bad attitude he said sorry the person that was spouse to work was sick.</p> <p>So I asked him is there no one ells that can come and help he said no sorry there is only two in the store that can do contacts how bad is that.</p> <p>So why can’t Game get someone from the outside to come and help, this is so bad then we left there at 19:00 there was 6 people waiting in line to be helped,</p> <p>And there is only one guy to help. You know to stand in a store for 4 hours to be helped with a 3 year old is no joke.</p> <p>I was so upset but I waited because I wanted to see how long it will actually take to get helped.</p> <p>The manager did not even over to pay for the parking no he was so arrogant and made out if nothing was wrong.</p> <p>Game and Vodacom I think this is very bad on the brand and store and something needs to be done about this.</p> <p> </p>
