Worst service ever

<p>There is a reason a person goes to the store to buy a fridge and requests it to be urgently delivered. Went to the Game at Mall@Reds on Saturday to buy a fridge asked if we can take it the same day. We were told that the only stock is at the Warehouse and we will definetly get it on Monday. I explained that my fridge at home was broken. We were promised that it would be Monday. So all of Monday we waited when we called we are asked if we were told that the fridge would have been delivered from the Midrand store as there is none in the Warehouse so now I was confused. Did they or did they not have stock? We even offered to go fetch it ourself. Once again we are promised that we will definetly have it delivered on Tuesday. Again no such luck. Their excuse is that they have backed up orders from Black Friday. At no point do they initiate contact to tell us "sorry the delivery will not happen today". Had they told us the truth that we would have to wait until Wednesday for delivery we could have gone to a different store. Waivin the R262 delivery fee is little consolation for all the food that we have had to throw out since Monday. </p>
