Worst service EVER!!

Ordered a samsung microwave on the 19th June, got handed over to Fastway couriers, got ****** from their depot in Bloemfontein, Game received the insurance claim and now say that they are out of stock and that they can't courier from another Game store in another province than me. I'm in the Northern Cape, but my first order came from Bloemfontein. Did Bloemfontein change province because according to me their definitely not in the Northern Cape. And online it shows that they still have one of the spesific microwave's instock, so whats the story actually? Very very very unhappy and had requested them to overnight the replacement (once they find one). But every time I call, I just get told "I will escalate your matter" how many times do they want to escalate it until I have my damn microwave. Its been 16 working days... No man.
