Worst service ever.

I visited Game store at Soshanguve crossing on the 4th of July 2023 to report my faulty stove. My appliance is on extended warranty but the challenge comes where I have to beg for service. There's an old guy who visited my house to check on the stove and says he needs to order a new board. I'm still waiting even today.
