Worst service

I bought an LG smart microwave on the 03 June 2020 at game menlyn.i used for three weeks then it started giving me a problem as it stopped heating the food but defrosting only so I took it back to game menlyn where I was told to get data and get on the internet to fix the error which I did but nothing happened so because I relocated I took it to game kollonade on the 6th of December 2020 where I was told it will take them 21 days to fix it and I waited until the 9th of January 2021 where I went to find out whats happening as there was no communication in between.i found a lady by the name of Maria who helped with the booking the first time and she came with the microwave n I told that I dont want it again because I don't have time to bring it back should something happen and that is written on the document.so there store manager by the name of yonelda who is very rude and disrespectful told me that she can't refund me because there was apparently a scratch on top of the microwave which I now nothing about and I told her that nobody opened the box to check the item so I don't agree with her and she said I must take the item and see what I can do and she kept on telling me time up with signs as well so when I asked her who is her boss she said she is the store manager and left me at the counter standing.
