Worst Service, can't stick to their customer policy

I ordered a phone on Game on the 30th of November. I'm still waiting, I get a call from head office and they say they going to call me back, I am still waiting on a call!!. phone the retail store in Promenade and they say my order is in N1 City. My order was suppose to be delivered today between 12 and 5. I'm already frustrated cause of waiting so damn long for the phone I purchased. Game has the worst service but they advertise like there service is the best when its total trash.!!!!!
