Worst service

Placed an order on 2 December ( Christmas gift) still waiting for it to be shipped. Customer care not much of a help. Will not have this in time for Christmas and my son will not have a gift. Your service is so poor. Not my first bad experience with Game, but definitely the last. I will never order from game again and will definitely not recommend anyone to order from them.
