Worst service at Game Eastgate
Customers are what makes a store. I app**** for an account at Game on Thursday the 29th. A full week later and nobody is able to give me a direct answer regarding the status of my applications. The Easter specials are therefore gone with the wind.
This is really unprofessional.

06 Apr 2018, 12:20I have not received a call regarding my application. There is no basis for a decline. I earn enough and my credit score is well maintained. If Game Store does not want to issue an account based on my complaint then I request to be informed formally with a recorded phone call. The only call I received was from Dimakatso st your Eastgate store informing me that my application is being relooked at. How deceitdful you are is saddening.
