Worst service and no money back for this single Mom!

Unfortunately I have to add my negative review to the every growing list for Game. I ordered a printer on the 20TH OF APRIL!!! It's been over a month and I still haven't received my printer or any word as to when it will arrive. The printer was listed as an essential item on their website and I was guaranteed delivery in 5-7 working days. I struggle to get through to anyone who can help, and when I do manage to finally speak to someone, they just lie in order to get me off the phone. I honestly don't know what to do anymore?! It wasn't a cheap item and my child needs to do schoolwork. I can't afford to just go and buy another one somewhere else and I can't get through to anyone to confirm that they will refund my money. I'm a single Mom who's had a salary cut during this time, we're all suffering and trying to do the best we can, but Game seems intent on making this bad situation worse and I'm at my wits end!!
