Worst service and experience

I bought a sleeper couch online, according to the online web site delivery is between 5 to 7 work days after O waited 1 month for my delivery. Upon my late delivery when I opened the parcel some of the parts was missing in order to assemble the couch. On the same day as I received my order with the missing parts I requested a return and it has been 3 weeks and I am still waiting for my return order to be collected or replaced. I have spoken to each week I had to phone Game to find out what is going on and until know stil nothing from Game. This is the worst online experience and service from an company. Never buy or use Game online.
