worst service

i bought a game at game stores at cresta mall in johannesburg last week tuesday i was told they deliver my fridge with 2 days even now there is no delivery today i called their customer service i was told they will call me no one has called me back .what bad service and your service is the worst i just need my money so that i can go somewhere where they will appreciate my service
