Worst service

I purchased a washing machine at Cresta mall on 25.11.2025 and was advised that the machine would be delivered on Monday 28.11.2022 or Tuesday 29.11.2022. I bought the machine cash as I was happy to hear that. 2 weeks later I still have not received then machine. I have been calling and told that the machine is not available. There has been no communication instead I am the one who has to keep calling. I finally spoke to a manager that gave me hope on Wednesday 7.12.2022 to say he will check other stores. Sadly, its Friday and I am still waiting. This has been the worst service from Game.
