Worst retail stores

I bought a vodacom phone a Nokia 2.2 at Game in Alberton on the 21 of January 2020 on the 6th day of me having the phone the phone was on my coffee table nd it started to vibrate when I picked it up it had two crackes on the screen I phoned the Game store the next day to tell them what happened I was told that a manager wil be in contact with me to this day I'm still waiting for the call yesterday while I was still busy whatsapping the phone stared cracking more in front of my eyes I couldn't understand how it's possible I phoned the Game store again they transferred me to a very rude manager that didn't even try to understand not just that I expected him to just say bring the phone in so we can see if and assess what happened but no he rather told me u let the phone fall nd they can't help me so now my question is if I let the phone fall would I really have phoned them to complain about it Nokia phones are the worst phones to buy I'm sure the one I have had a factory fault coz besides for that this phone create blurry pictures of any pictures that I'm tacking it's slow nd it fizzes and then games manager can't even be polite enough to ask me to go into the store to see if they can find solution for me I mean to say I even asked the sales person if the phone was a good one he didn't even try to explain what type of phone it is coz I'm sure everyone has a complaint about this Nokia phones and vodacom u should not be selling us this useless phones I spent money on something that was not even worth a 10 cents I believe I could have gotten something at pep cell for a better price and if I had a problem they would have done they best to help me u guys should know what or needs to learn what a customer truely means to your store
