Worst Pre-Christmas Service

Firstly, stood in a queue for 45min as only 3 cashiers were working out of a possible 10, secondly, only 2 out of the 3 that were working, was abke to assist with card facilities, when i got to the front, no card machine worked, they did not want to accept my voucher that i recieved as a gift and made me go withdraw cash from an outside Atm to purchase the items i had. Pathetic service especially before Christmas. I will never return or advise people to return.
