Worst place to shop online

Non-existing customer service! I purchased a tent online on the 9th of December 2023, after numerous phone calls and emails, I still have not received the order or any indication of possible delivery. (Accoding to the website, delivery is within 3 to 5 days). I phoned again this morning to request a refund, the person at customer service said she will transfer me to the relevant department, also did not happen, she dropped the call. This is the worst experience I ever had with online shopping!
