WORST ONLINE SHOPPING SERVICE, EVER!!!

I placed an online order on the 26th of November 2020 @ 10:51AM, order number ***. On the 9th of December 2020 I received an automated mail claiming that the order has been delivered, but I have never received any item till this day. No courier have sent me a message to inform me that the order is out for delivery, no courier have contacted me to inform me that they will be delivering.

I mailed Game on the 9th of December 2020 to inform them that I never received any items and Zubair Adams rep**** on the 10th of December to inform me that the automated mail was sent in error - I rep**** immediately to request that the order must be canceled and only received response from Zubair Adams on the 17th of December 2020, asking me to confirm whether I am still waiting on delivery of the items purchased/got assistance with the order cancelation. And once again I rep**** immediately to inform Zubair Adams that I never received assistance and that I am still waiting for assistance, even till this day I am still waiting.

Game's online shopping services is by far the worst I have ever experienced and I would not suggest this platform to anyone! They totally and completely just don't care!
