Worst online shopping experience
Horrible service on your online store. Not only did I get an item canceled from the order with still no refund. I still haven't received the rest of my order. Give me my order and refund for the other item or cancel the entire order and give me the full refund.

Your customer service is equally as useless, Nosipho Magula provided little to know help, she told me information I already knew. Why is it still at the store and here with me. Why has the refund not finalized yet?
