Worst online shopping experience!

Please people, just don't bother with their online shopping. I have made numerous requests, reviews and follow ups and after 4 months am still waiting for a refund. When they reply here it is some generic excuse with nothing that comes from it. When I do receive an email (maybe once a month) it is between them not knowing who is supposed to resolve the matter. I truly did not expect such a poor service from an established company, but you should.
