Worst online shopping

*******!!! Placed an order online and did not receive all my items..... I called to enquire and was informed that the relevant items are in stock and should have heen sent witjh my order, the guy said he would make sure the items are sent that same week.....its more than a week later and nothing.

I called again this morning, the lady I spoke to informed me she would make sure the manager calls me back today...... and nothing!!! So I called AGAIN, this rude guys answers just to tell me Kagiso is out.... like I am suppost to know who that is!!!

I paid for items that I did not receive and everytime I enquire the staff at game has another story.

I just want the Items I paid for... or I want a refund.

Game is the worst place to shop online and never will I make this mistake again nor will I reccomend anyone to shop online at Game!!!
