Worst online services Ever

Worst online service i have ever dealt with almost a month and my order that was more than 2k online has still not arrived... it was apparently dispatched 27th October 2021 and to date nothing received i will surely never recommend or buy her again.... its worse as the it was a gift ordered fory daughter whose birthday has now passed and she still has no gift... 3
