Worst online service. GAME ONLINE

I bought a phone online on Game on the 26th of June. Delivery was suppose to happen between 10 to 14 working days. I call on the 14th day to check status of order only to be told there is no stock. I had during the week also called the customer care and nobody told me about no stock . So after 3 calendar 3 weeks there was no communication from game at all. Game has the worst online service. They must just leave it to Take a lot. Now I have to wait 7 days for a refund. This is nonsense. Nxaaa
