Worst online SERVICE ever. Pathetic

I have placed my order on the 29th June. The estimated delivery is 10 to 14 days. 14 days has elapsed but i haven't received any form of communication.

I have been phoning and emailing them. but i haven't received any answers. I haven't received my order ***
