WORST ONLINE SERVICE EVER!
I placed an order online on the 1st July, and i have not received any feedback on where my order actually is! I have called in so many times, sent various emails, i keep getting told that they will revert but i never get any answers! Last week Tuesday i received an email saying my order has been dispatched and the courier would contact me, but i still have not been contacted by the courier! This is the most pathetic online service i have ever received!

No surprises here, but i have not heard anything back from Mishka/DeVilliers as promised!
I have to be honest, im at the point where i want to lodge a complaint with the CPA.
The total lack of communication and failure to stick to promises, the complete lack of integrity has just plain and simply ****ed me off.
I actually dont want to hear any stories anymore, i expect my order to be delivered tomorrow, or i will escalate this as far as i possibly can!
