Worst online service

Been waiting on a refund for months now. I have posted regular reviews and sent multiple follow up emails with little to no response and nothing comes from the interactions with them. After my last review someone phoned me to find out about my order refund (clearly oblivious to this fact) and apologized for the delay, stating they have a backlog and I need to be patient. I have been waiting months, literally months and they tell me there is a backlog? You should close your online stores if this is the case! How can you be half a year behind?! Absolutely pathetic!
