Worst online experience ever

Worst experience ever with an online order. I placed the order on 17 April and I am still waiting despite daily calls to both the call centre and the courier and countless promises that the order would be delivered 'today'. Apparently a refund can't be issued until the order has been delivered. Where does that leave the customer? No one seems to give a damn. Disgraceful!
