Worst online experience ever

HI Game.

I am so disgusted in the service i have received by placing my order online.... I placed my order 30th March 2020. YES WE ARE ON LOCK DOWN BUT DOES THAT MEAN MY HARD WORKED MONEY IS NOT IMPORTANT! i received some of my items - i did not receive 2 of my items (all my items are essentials) - the most expensive ones i did not receive, i called to find out the same day to ask about why only some of my stuff arrived, i was informed that the other stuff was coming from another warehouse and will be shipped either Friday- 3rd April or latest by Monday - 6th April 2020. i called yesterday afternoon after not receiving my stuff, for the call centre staff to to tell me that ALL my stuff has been delivered??? BUT to where? where is my stuff i have paid for? because i certainly dont have it..... Besides this incident, when i received my other stuff (the few items i actually did receive- the cheaper items) i received the incorrect struff- one item and i pointed this out to the person on the phone- on the GAME website its incorrect- it states its a toothbrush but has a picture of toothpaste.... i recieved a toothbrush, i tried explaining this but was spoken to like im stupid being asked 10 times if im sure what i recieved is really a toothbrush.... Eventually after a while i was told the manager wants me to send a picture,,, so i did, and was told someone would be in contact with me! Noone has bothered to contact me! BUT my bigger concern is my 2 expensive essential items that have dissapeared and not been delivered to me? i want answers GAME STORE. Please guys be very careful online shopping with GAME! If other stores can deliver like they do during this time, whats your excuse GAME! Im very disturbed by the lack of care about my missing items
