Worst online experience

Still waiting for a laptop bought on the 1st May. No delivery , no correspondence , I've been calling , I've send emails ..... Even used the chat service ... Still waiting , and no one can give me an answer to when I will be receiving my laptop that I paid for . Pathetic service ..Website says 5-7 days deliver for essential items ...
