Worst online experience

I'm really not sure what this is but it's beyond terrible service, I bought bicycles online on the 17/12/2021 in the hope that I'd receive them for Christmas ,I even received an email with tracking number confirming my purchase ...to my surprise it's the 02/01/2022 and I still have no bikes , there is no communication regarding a delay, I'm not sure what this is but I know for sure it's ridiculous.
