Worst online experience.

I ordered items on the 31st July 23. I've only received 1 item. I asked them to cancel the rest and just refund me as they are failing to deliver. Even that they are failing to do. I want my money, their service is terrible. Every time I enquire with customer care, they say they will escalate or enquire further. No one knows what is going on.
